Marine forecasts for the Canadian portion of the Great Lakes and the
Ontario portion of the St. Lawrence River issued by Environment
Canada at 10:30 a.m. EST Friday 19 January 2018 for today tonight and
Saturday.
The next scheduled forecast will be issued at 6:30 p.m. EST.

Fog implies visibility less than 1 mile.

Winds are for offshore areas. Nearshore winds may vary considerably
due to shoreline effects.

Western Lake Superior.
Wind southwest 20 knots veering to west 20 early this evening then to
 northwest 15 early Saturday morning. Wind diminishing to north 10
 near noon Saturday then becoming light Saturday evening. Chance of
 flurries changing to a few showers near noon and ending this
 evening.

Eastern Lake Superior.
Wind southwest 20 knots veering to west 25 near midnight then
 diminishing to northwest 15 Saturday morning. Wind diminishing to
 light Saturday afternoon. Chance of flurries changing to a few
 showers near noon and ending near midnight.

Whitefish Bay.
Wind southwest 15 knots veering to west 20 late overnight then to
 northwest 15 Saturday morning. Wind diminishing to light Saturday
 afternoon. Chance of flurries late this morning. Chance of showers
 this evening. Risk of freezing drizzle today.

Northern Lake Huron.
Wind southwest 20 knots increasing to southwest 30 this evening then
 diminishing to west 20 early Saturday morning. Wind diminishing to
 west 15 near noon Saturday and to light Saturday evening.

Southern Lake Huron.
Wind southwest 20 knots increasing to southwest 30 early this evening
 then diminishing to southwest 20 late overnight. Wind diminishing to
 southwest 10 near noon Saturday.

Georgian Bay.
Wind southwest 20 knots increasing to southwest 30 this evening then
 diminishing to southwest 20 early Saturday morning. Wind veering to
 west 15 near noon Saturday then diminishing to west 10 Saturday
