Strait of Belle Isle.
Freezing spray warning in effect.
Wind northeast 10 to 15 knots diminishing to light this evening then
 increasing to southwest 10 to 15 late overnight. Wind increasing to
 southwest 20 Wednesday afternoon. Over open water freezing spray
 beginning Wednesday afternoon. Temperatures minus 15 to minus 8.

Northeast Gulf
Gulf - Port au Port.
Freezing spray warning in effect.
Wind variable 10 to 15 knots becoming west 15 late overnight then
 backing to southwest 20 near noon Wednesday. A few flurries.
 Occasional freezing spray beginning Wednesday afternoon.
 Temperatures minus 13 to minus 5 rising to minus 8 to minus 3
 Wednesday evening.

Southwest Coast.
Wind northeast 25 knots backing to north 15 to 20 late this afternoon
 then diminishing to light early this evening. Wind becoming
 northwest 15 late overnight then diminishing to light near noon
 Wednesday. Temperatures minus 4 to zero rising to minus 2 to plus 2
 Wednesday afternoon.

South Coast.
Gale warning in effect.
Wind north 25 to 35 knots diminishing to north 20 this evening then
 backing to northwest 10 to 15 near midnight. Wind becoming light
 late overnight. Wind light Wednesday. A few flurries ending early
 this evening. Temperatures minus 3 to zero.

East Coast - Cape St. Francis and south.
Gale warning in effect.
Wind southwest 35 knots diminishing to northwest 25 late this
 afternoon and to northwest 10 to 15 near midnight. Wind becoming
 light late overnight. Wind light Wednesday. A few flurries ending
 late overnight. Temperatures minus 3 to zero.

East Coast - north of Cape St. Francis.
Wind northeast 25 knots and locally gusts to 35 along the coast. Wind
 diminishing to north 20 early this evening then backing to northwest
 10 to 15 late this evening. Wind becoming light late overnight then
 increasing to west 15 to 20 Wednesday morning. A few flurries ending
 late overnight. Temperatures minus 3 to zero.

Northeast Coast.
Freezing spray warning in effect.
Wind northeast 15 to 20 knots except northeast 25 over eastern
 sections late this afternoon. Wind diminishing to light this evening
 then increasing to west 20 late overnight with gusts to 30 from
 Jackson's Arm to Hare Bay Wednesday morning. A few flurries ending
 Wednesday evening. Occasional freezing spray beginning overnight.
 Temperatures minus 6 to minus 2.

Belle Isle Bank.

Wind north 10 to 15 knots increasing to west 25 near midnight except
 northwest 10 to 15 over southern sections overnight. Wind west 25
