Wind light becoming northeast 10 to 15 knots overnight. Wind
 northeast 10 to 15 Tuesday. Periods of light snow ending this
 afternoon. Temperatures minus 20 falling to minus 25 Tuesday
 evening.

West Baffin - southern half.
Wind north 15 knots increasing to north 20 early this morning then
 backing to northwest 20 to 25 early this afternoon. Wind diminishing
 to northwest 15 Tuesday morning. Periods of light snow ending near
 noon Tuesday. Temperatures minus 19 falling to minus 21 Tuesday
 afternoon.

East Baffin - southern half.
Freezing spray warning in effect.
Wind northwest 15 knots increasing to northwest 20 to 25 early this
 morning then diminishing to west 10 to 15 Tuesday morning. Periods
 of light snow. Over open water moderate freezing spray becoming
 severe this evening then becoming moderate Tuesday morning.
 Temperatures minus 9 falling to minus 16 Tuesday morning.
