Wave height forecasts for the Maritimes issued by Environment Canada
at 5:00 a.m. AST Sunday 21 January 2018 for today tonight and Monday.
The next scheduled forecast will be issued at 5:00 p.m. AST.

Forecast values are combined wind wave and swell heights. Highest
waves may be more than twice forecast values. Wave heights may vary
considerably due to shoreline and depth effects.

Fundy.
Seas 1 to 2 metres subsiding to 1 or less this afternoon.

Grand Manan.
Seas 2 to 3 metres subsiding to 1 to 2 this morning and to 1 or less
late overnight.

Lurcher
Browns Bank
Southwestern Shore.
Seas 2 to 3 metres subsiding to 1 to 2 near noon.

Georges Bank
LaHave Bank
West Scotian Slope.
Seas 3 to 5 metres subsiding to 2 to 3 this morning and to 1 to 2
early this evening.

Eastern Shore
Fourchu.
Seas 2 to 3 metres subsiding to 1 to 2 after midnight.

Sable
East Scotian Slope.
Seas 3 to 5 metres subsiding to 2 to 3 this afternoon and to 1 to 2
Monday morning.

Banquereau.
Seas 3 to 4 metres subsiding to 2 to 3 late overnight then building
to 3 to 4 Monday evening.

Laurentian Fan.
Seas 3 to 5 metres subsiding to 2 to 3 late overnight.

Cabot Strait.
Seas 3 to 4 metres subsiding to 2 to 3 Monday evening.

Gulf - Magdalen - eastern half.
Over open water seas 2 to 3 metres building to 3 to 4 this evening
then subsiding to 2 to 3 Monday evening.

Gulf - Magdalen - western half
Anticosti - western half.
Over open water seas 1 to 2 metres.

Anticosti - eastern half.
Over open water seas 2 to 3 metres building to 3 to 4 this evening
then subsiding to 2 to 3 Monday morning.
